Beach Life

We spent two back-to-back weeks at the beach in June, and these family traditions are always some of the most treasured moments of the summer. Beach Week #1 took us to Topsail Island with Mimi's side of the family, and this year, our crew filled three beach houses. We enjoyed beautiful weather, lots of yummy food, and had nightly group dinners and games:

Lobster Rolls for lunch!

Playing Pounce

We also celebrated Luke with a family graduation party one evening at Topsail, complete with festive decorations, trivia games, and prizes:

Winterhoff Beach Week at Rehoboth Beach, DE followed, and this year, we had a new addition. Goldendoodle cousin, Ginny, joined us, and she was the best beach puppy!

A beloved Rehoboth tradition is Donut Day on the boardwalk with Poppy:

Annual Jump off the Lifeguard Stand = JOY!

Crab Night is another favorite annual highlight:

There was lots of cousin beach time:

...and family fun at Funland!

Luke played A LOT of skee-ball this year, and won the "Choice" prize, which he gifted to a younger child at Funland.

He has such a history with this game!

For the first time in the Winterhoff/Offutt's 60+ years of going to Funland, we have a Ring Toss winner!
This prize is ridiculously huge!

She did it!

Beach Life is the best, and it's even more special when it is filled with family and tradition!
