We did many of our favorite things during our Christmas week in Pennsylvania. When at Mimi's house, a visit to Chocolate World is a must:
Daddy and Leah are the vanilla fans in the family, while Mommy and Luke prefer chocolate. There's nothing better than sharing a Hershey's milkshake with your love:
The vanilla crew gives a "Thumbs Up!"
Decorating Christmas cookies is another beloved Christmas tradition. The kids went heavy on the sprinkles this year. I'm hoping that Santa didn't chip a tooth when he took a bite of our sugar encrusted creations:
I love Winnie "supervising" the kids as they make a cookie plate for Santa!
We sprinkled reindeer food in the yard, listened to Daddy read Twas the Night Before Christmas, and while we were sleeping, Santa made a special delivery:
Footie pjs require Daddy's shoes to sprinkle magic reindeer food in the yard.
Leah's presents from Santa: Wild Kratts toys and tickets to Wild Kratts Live!
Luke's Santa presents: A microscope, Lego sets, and tickets to Lego KidsFest!
The kids slept until almost 7:00 a.m. on Christmas morning- Hooray! They waited at the top of the steps with palpable excitement, and bounded downstairs to see Santa's gifts and open their stockings:
After breakfast, it was time for presents! There were many wonderful gifts and Christmas is magical with children at this age:
One of Luke's favorite gifts was a Pokemon binder/new Pokemon cards from Beanie. He carefully placed each card into his organizer, and slept with his binder on Christmas night:
Leah loved seeing Mia again, and these two were quite cute together:
We loved being with our family for Christmas week, and it was a grand finale to complete 2015!
