It's been a busy week for us. We returned to our South Carolina house for the last time, as the movers packed up and loaded our belongings. Our furniture will be in storage temporarily and will be delivered to our new NC home exactly one month from today. Hooray!
As I stayed behind in Greenville to supervise the movers, Bean and Poppy met the rest of our gang back at our Greensboro apartment, and helped Mark with the children for a few days. Leah enjoyed having her grandparents all to herself while her brother was at school, and they stayed busy with a visit to the Children's Museum and story time at the library:
Luke's birthday month also commenced, as he opened his presents from Bean and Poppy and celebrated with cupcakes:
Our almost six year old also demonstrated that you're never too big for books and snuggles with your grandmother:
Thank you, Bean and Poppy, for helping us this week become one step closer to completing our move- We're almost there!

It appears that Bean and Poppy are very popular with EVERYONE who loves them! I am sooo very pleased that your move to NC is indeed one step closer to reality! You are in the "home stretch"-forgive the bad pun. Love from Gammie Davies
What fun we had with those dear little guys! Love, Bean
